You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my plans without knowledge?’ Surely I spoke of things I did not understand, things too wonderful for me to know. Job 42:3
Citizens of the New Kingdom know that there will always be things about God that we will never understand. This knowledge is actually what builds our faith and trust. We must always know who we are in comparison to God. When we know that we were created by an omniscient God with omnipotent power who holds all things in his hands, who has control of the universe, who has an eternal purpose for all things, who cares about us personally and who loves us inspite of our failings, the only words that come to mind are the words of Job - things too wonderful for us to know; things we do not understand.
Let us gratefully meditate on God's wonderful attributes today.
