Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all. Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name. 1 Chronicles 29:12-13
Citizens of the New Kingdom know that Our God is personally involve in the lives of his citizens. He gives good gifts to his children as our needs may be. He is the ruler of all things and distributes wealth and honor as he decides. He raises up leaders for his purpose. He has the power and the ability to give us strength.
Citizens of the New Kingdom serve a King who is fully capable of doing anything he pleases. The universe awaits his every command. How humble we should be as we reflect on the attributes of our God. This mighty and infinite God loves 'me'.
Now, our God, we give you thanks, and praise your glorious name!
