“Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. Job 38:4
Citizens of the New Kingdom know that God's patience for mankind will run out one day. He told his servant Noah long ago, 'my Spirit will not always contend with men'. We read in Revelation that the cup of his wrath is filling up and one day it will be poured out on the earth. Citizens of the earth will have no answer to the Creator when he asks, ' where were you when I laid the earth's foundation?'
Citizens of the New Kingdom know that God always knows the answers to his questions. God knew that Adam and Eve were hiding after they disobeyed his instructions but he asked them, ' Where were you?'
When our King asks a question to which he knows the answer we can always be certain that we will be held accountable for our actions.
