And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them.
How can you adequately describe the glory of God? Words seem impossible to capture the pure light of his glory.
SHINING
EXCEEDING WHITE AS SNOW
Mark described the moment as a transfiguration before the disciples' eyes. Their eyes beheld his glory and their hearts were filled with fear.
Many years later the Apostle Peter in 2Peter 1:16 -17 described this moment as 'His Majesty'. And said that Jesus received honor and glory from the excellent glory.
The prayer in our hearts today is that we may one day come face to face with this glory.
