I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
When our trust is in God we are always optimistic about the future no matter what our current situations may be.
Like the Psalmist records, we remain confident that we will see the goodness of the Lord as we remain alive.
May we be encouraged to be people of optimism even when there are not too many things around us to be happy about.
Grumblers, chronic complainers and people with critical spirits do not have many friends because people are usually drawn to happy, cheerful optimistic personalities.
Faith in God makes permanent optimists out of us.
