Teach me your way, Lord ; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors.
As we go through the ups and downs of life and the winding paths for our feet we may encounter many teachers along our journey.
No matter how logical and rational they may sound we always need to hold them up to the Lord's way.
The Lord's way is the straight line that is used to measure every teaching we hear. If they do not line up we always defer to God's way.
May these words be our sincere prayer: Teach us your way Lord.
