One thing I ask from the Lord , this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.
One characteristic of a beautiful love relationship is the desire to continually be in the presence of our loved ones. Even when we are apart we remember conversations, expressions and little things about him or her that make us smile and long for their companionship.
We call this endearing feeling, 'being in love' and when we have experienced this it becomes a most treasured memory. The one thing we must guard against is losing this beautiful feeling by taking our loved ones for granted and forgetting the joy of their presence.
May we always hold on to the joy of our Lord's presence and never take for granted the relationship we have with him. May we keep 'falling in love' with him over and over again.
