But to each of us grace has been given as Christ has apportioned it.
The gift of grace has been given to us freely from the heart of a loving God. Jesus death on the cross for our sins made this grace possible. Our sins can never be greater than the grace we have been given.
Grace also allows us to receive gifts from Christ so we can be fully functioning members of his body. Our spiritual gifts are to be used for edifying the church and given to us as needed.
Grace brings maturity to us as we grow in our faith and allows the fruit of the Spirit to develop more fully in us. We become kinder, gentler, humbler, willing to forgive quicker when we allow grace to work in us.
