Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.
There have always been troublesome times in earth's history. Every generation has some horror story to tell. Wars, natural disasters, famines, violence in our neighborhoods, fear, incurable diseases and list goes on.
World empires rise and they fall. Kings and rulers are only temporary. Life on earth is temporary. How are believers supposed to deal with the uncertainty of living in this changing world?
God's word always has the answer. Jesus told his followers that not even one sparrow falls to the ground without the Father's knowledge and we are worth more than a whole lot of sparrows. Whatever is happening to us he already knows. Our Father continually and consistently watches over us. We don't ever have to be afraid.
